The new Health Plan Transparency Regulations deadlines are fast approaching and complying with all the transparency requirements will be a big lift given the impending due date of July 1, 2022. The responsibility to comply with these requirements falls on the employer plan sponsor, and there are significant penalties for noncompliance.
