In this little feature, we briefly introduce Gwawr Evans, Head of F&PS Claims as she shares her 'top tips' on the Do's and Don'ts of making a claim notification. Gwawr heads up the London claims team, which comprises 18 advocates, including qualified lawyers/barristers, and works in partnership with our clients to assist them in navigating the claims process from start to finish, including notification to insurers, updating the claims listing, responding to insurer information queries and processing payments through the market.
