The Pension Schemes Bill 2025 has now been published and follows other recent announcements, including the Mansion House Accord, the response to DWP’s Options for DB consultation and the final report of the Pensions Investment Review.
This Bill and current wider Government policy bring some of the greatest changes across both DB and DC pensions in recent years, with the Government estimating that around 20 million people could stand to benefit from the reforms outlined.
