UK Risk Settlement Market Update: April 2022

2021 was a busy year for risk settlement transactions, with £43.8bn disclosed. 72% of bulk annuity deals in 2021 were full scheme transactions, reflecting rising funding levels, and Aon’s risk settlement group were lead adviser on 27% of the bulk annuity market.
