Digital Operations Resilience Act

Pension plans are in scope for DORA, so plan boards must ensure that they have an effective risk management system for Information Communication Technology (ICT) risks and is adequately protected against ICT disruptions and cyber-attacks.

Our recent paper and webinar set out the requirements of DORA in more detail including what pension plans need to do now.

2024 Retirement Plan Survey
With an ageing population and decreasing birth rate, longevity risk is among one of the top risks of plan sponsors according to Aon’s Global Pension Risk Survey 2023/2024. In Taiwan, employee expectations of retirement are also rapidly changing. Employees are increasingly looking for more retirement planning and financial wellbeing support. In response to this trend, we observed that 25% of companies offer supplemental retirement benefits.

To better understand the challenges and opportunities in the retirement plan market, we invite you to participant in the 2024 Aon Taiwan Retirement Plan Study. The survey will take 10 – 15 minutes to complete and the results will be shared in an analysis report emailed to participating companies.
