We are delighted to invite you to our morning seminar in November 2024, discussing European and Middle East Retirement hot topics.

Senior leaders from Aon’s Wealth Solutions teams across the region including France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Middle East, Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland, are visiting London in November and will be joining us to share their insights on new developments and key topics for multinationals to consider.

We will start the morning by presenting a live recording of our International Wealth global retirement round-up webinar at 9:00am. See here for more details.

This will then be followed at 10:00am by presentations and roundtable discussions from Aon’s retirement and investment leaders, where we will cover various topics, including:
  • Netherlands - latest insights and developments on pension reforms
  • Ireland - auto-enrolment update
  • Middle East - overview of the retirement landscape in the region, covering trends in retirement benefit offerings including UAE and Turkey.
  • Germany – latest pension changes and options for risk transfer.
  • Other topics and insights from Aon leaders from Belgium, France, Italy, Spain and Switzerland.
  • Regional trends, with case studies, on global DB risk settlement, retirement adequacy and DC governance.
There will be multiple rooms covering the different countries where you can divide your time to hear from as many leaders as you like. As part of this, you will have the opportunity to ask any questions throughout the morning.

Timings are as follows:

  • Registration and refreshments will be available from 8:45am
  • Live webinar starts at 9.00am and end by 10:00am
  • Q&A and roundtable discussions from 10.00am through to 12:00pm
  • Lunch served at 12:00pm, with an opportunity for networking afterwards
