The Pension Regulator’s General Code of Practice

The Pensions Regulator (TPR) has published its final General Code of Practice, which has now been laid in Parliament. The Code applies to occupational, personal and public service pension schemes. Gratuity Insurance

Rules 2024

Read Aon’s point of view on new Karnataka Compulsory Gratuity Insurance Rules issued by the Government on 10th January 2024. The rules require current organisations and new employers in the state to obtain an insurance

policy to cover the Gratuity liability payable to employees.
